The human body is a remarkable entity, possessing profound abilities when left to its own devices. It has been said that if we can get out of our own way, both emotionally and physically, our bodies would astonish us.

a) The mind controls the body: The mind lacks a sense of reality and wholeheartedly believes whatever we tell it, be it positive or negative. By changing our mindset, we can influence our body's responses and ability to keep us both emotionally and physically well.

b) Thoughts shape reality: Our repeated thoughts form patterns that shape our reality. By consciously altering our thoughts and self-talk, we can actually change the biology of our bodies. The diseases and limitations of our past selves then have no place in our new consciousness which may stop or reduce the physical manifestation of certain diseases in our bodies.

a) The voice in your head is not you: Recognize that the inner voice is separate from your true self. You have the power to break free from negative programming and prevent the body from being controlled by the mind.

b) Creating new neural pathways: By cultivating different thoughts, we generate new neural connections in the brain. This process empowers us to overcome ingrained patterns and embrace positive change both emotionally and physically.

4. Letting Go of the Past:

Living in the past keeps us stagnant and prevents growth, healing and repair. By releasing ourselves from past experiences, we open up space for personal transformation. Embrace the notion that "I'm not that person anymore" and strive for a fresh mindset which the body automatically translates onto our physical body’s
