2 bay leaves
Sprinkle of black peppercorns,cardamom seeds organic mixed herbs, fresh thyme, a sprig of fresh rosemary, 5 slices of dried astragalus (optional), a knob of ginger
3 Tbsp. reishi, or cordyceps powder (optional)
Himalayan Salt
