HOW TO USE
Boil hot water and add a tablespoon of the loose tea to a tea pot or tea infuser. Add boiling water. Allow to steep for 15 minutes before pouring. If you have herbal remedy drops add a few drops as directed to the tea cup before pouring your tea. Repeat up to three times a day.
