HOW TO USE
Always shake tea well before use. Boil hot water and add a levelled tablespoon or heaped teaspoon of the loose tea to a tea pot or tea infuser. Add boiling water. Allow to steep for 15 minutes before pouring. If you have herbal remedy drops add a few as directed to the tea cup before pouring your tea. Repeat up to three times a day.
