The Benefits Of Lavender Tea

Posted by Feel Good on

My love of Lavender Tea.

I think Lavender tea is somewhat overlooked compared to other teas.

It’s such a simple but impactful herb. Different types of lavender have subtle taste differences and the fresher the flower bud the better the taste.

Because of my love for this refreshing and beneficial tea, I wanted to bring you the very best I could possibly find.

As a person who suffers from anxiety, seasonal depression and who also comes in touch with a lot of people who have sleep quality issues which can also leave them feeling discombobulated at times, I thought that sharing this little feel good gem made sense.

Inflammation is also something I often experience in my joints, muscles and stomach, the soothing affects of drinking this tea improves the feel good quality of my everyday.

So I am thrilled to bring you this beautiful quality herb for you to enjoy anytime as a hot or cold drink.
