Everyone who knows me, knows I absolutely love the benefits of magnesium and sharing about how it’s helped me personally. From preventing cramping especially in legs and feet to improving sleep quality, let’s unpack this amazing mineral. 

I want to start with Magnesium Taurate which is is good for general mental health and wellbeing. It’s actually my favourite as it helps reduces tiredness and fatigue, aids the nervous systems and muscle function, balances the metabolism and helps maintain good bones and teeth. It is also very effective in reducing any symptoms related to Fibromyalgia.
