The flavour, the texture, the culture. That oh-so-beautiful French country style. My life has always revolved around food. I loved the food from the French market so much that I moved here from Australia. I chose Apt because it is a true working village. Every Saturday the market takes over the ancient village streets. It literally spills across my door step.
THE DAY OR THE WEEKEND COOK WITH ME
I want to share the market flavour with you and my many years of experience in the culinary world.
I trained at London’s Le Cordon Bleu school, have spent years as a chef (Australia and overseas), been a restaurateur, food consultant and hospitality professional and I am currently a Better Age coach. I love cooking with people and now I have a space to share my knowledge, my food, and fabulous conversations.
I currently offer a choice of personalised cooking experiences, THE COOK WITH ME DAY and THE PROVENCE WEEKEND STAY AND COOK. We will prepare a not-so-simple Provence-flavoured menu of more than three courses (I love side dishes and we will create some that are centre pieces all on their own)

My Classic Provence Table A cooking experience for people looking for flavour driven, very regional, and very seasonal cooking.
My Super Well Provence (with MY TRIBE TYPE) A cooking experience and food coaching for people looking for a new way to experience food. My Super Well includes discussions around cooking for better ageing and cooking with adaptogens with an introduction to my herbal blends.
SATURDAY MARKET SHOP AND COOK DAY
Choose Classic or Super Well. A day starting at our table with tea, coffee and a traditional breakfast to plan our market shop and lunch menu. I will introduce you to my favourite foods and stallholders before we return home to cook together, share and dine.

Provençal accommodation with a tailored food experience.
Arrive Friday afternoon and settle into your large bedroom overlooking the market street. Wake the next morning to an in-season table. Graze on fruits poached with herbs and goat’s curd or fresh-selected wellness bowls and sides.
At breakfast we will plan our market shop, shop, and return to prepare your unique menu that reflects the day.
